Dr. James T. Martin
Dr. Martin attended undergraduate school in Utah where he received a bachlor of science degree in psychology. He next attended Western States Chiropractic College for four years in Portland, Oregon, graduating in 1978.Upon graduation, he opened a chiropractic clinic in the beautiful Methow Valley in North Central Washington and cared for patients until it was sold in 1987. He then started practice in Yakima in 1988 and has been helping people of the Yakima Valley and beyond ever since.
Over the past 27 years he has become highly skilled in his field and he has continued to advance his knowledge through study of research and attending post graduate educational seminars and programs. Between 1989 and 1993 Dr Martin attended the Diplomate Program in Chiropractic Orthopedics presented by Western States Chiropractic College and taught by Dr. Richard Stonebrink, a formost authority on the teaching and practice of chiropractic orthopedics in the world. During this same time span he also completed his Diplomate in Applied Chiropractic Sciences presented by Life Chiropractic College West. Between 1997 and 2000 he attended the Diplomate Nutrition Program presented by Parker Chiropractic College and earned his Certified Clinical Nutritionist status through the American and International Board of Clinical Nutrition.
